What's your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted for a swap or a credit, and in special cases a refund. Returned items must be unused. If return is approved, please ship back in the same condition packed well so that the work does not break in transit. Return shipping to be paid for by the customer.

When will my item ship?
Expect 2-4 days for things that are in stock.
Are your pieces food-safe?
Unless otherwise stated, all dinner and drink ware is food-safe and lead-free.
How do I take care of my pottery items?
All dinner and drink ware is microwave and dishwasher safe and can be used with hot or cold food. Although…I highly recommend hand washing to extend life of your piece.
